1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 - 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, along with a tracking number.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders!

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to track your order in real-time.

  • Please allow 24 - 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the system.

4. Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. 5. Lost or Stolen Packages

HIFI Dropshipping is not responsible for lost or stolen packages whose delivery is confirmed by the carrier to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

HIFI Dropshipping is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
